Over two years, I conducted interviews with unhoused individuals, turning their experiences into compassionate, shareable stories. I also designed 20+ social media posts reaching 3.8k people, led an email outreach campaign, and redesigned 10+ pages of the Miracle Messages website—using design and narrative to center dignity, visibility, and human connection.

MIRACLE MESSAGES

Miracle Messages is a nonprofit organization that helps unhoused individuals rebuild relationships and financial stability through storytelling and direct support. As a Design & Storytelling Intern, I worked with a global team of interns to amplify the voices of participants in the Miracle Money program.
