My Story

I grew up in small suburb called Markham, but my worldview was shaped far beyond it. I spent my final two years of high school in Armenia at a United World College, learning alongside students from over 80 countries. That experience taught me how to collaborate, communicate, and build trust across cultural, political, and social differences—and fundamentally changed how I listen, create, and work with others.

I am continuing this global path at Minerva University, studying across cities like San Francisco, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, and Berlin. Through location-based coursework and civic projects, I learned to ground creative and business decisions in local context rather than assumptions. As a double major in Arts & Literature and Brand Management, I bring a globally informed, culturally sensitive perspective to collaboration and brand-building—driven by curiosity, adaptability, and a deep respect for different ways of thinking and working.

As a creative/designer/marketer

Hi, I’m Kaitlin! I’m a Business and Arts double major at Minerva University with a passion for creative thinking, design processes, and meaningful work at the intersection of strategy and creativity.

My passion for creativity comes from a belief that creativity doesn’t exist in spite of constraints, but because of them. I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of being given limits — time, resources, rules, expectations — and being asked to make something meaningful anyway.

A problem with no clear answer. I grew up noticing that the most interesting ideas often emerge not from total freedom, but from carefully navigating boundaries, trade-offs, and tensions. That puzzle — finding room to create where there seemingly is none — is what keeps me engaged.

Please feel free to browse this website to know more about my work in all things strategic, design, and creative! You can also access my resume.

I’m constantly curious - I love the occasional YouTube rabbit hole and learning about the most relevant… but also random things. My favourite question as a child was, ‘Why?’

I love being inspired - I am constantly looking for my next creative epiphany through listening to new music, exploring new places (culture, architecture, colours, sounds, and art), and trying to gain new perspectives through the world around me.

I love stories - Whether it be listening to another person’s life story, watching a good movie with a good plot, or even building stories themselves, I love a good story.

I thrive through balance - Life to me is all about balancing the different dimensions—socializing, rest, work, learning, health and play—to feel and be my best.
